Said gate shall be of sufficient length and location to allow the Grantee full use of, and access and egress to and from the real property within the above-described Easement. If said gate is to be locked, keys shall be provided to the Grantee. Attached please find two executed. original easements for the above referenced project that now require recording. It has been practice in the past that Puget Power prefers to do its own recording of original documents. Would you please coordinate recording with Puget Power, and once the easement is recorded please return an original recorded easement to me.
