Said Owner having constructed a sign which is located on a portion of the sewer and appurtenances easement. That the placement of said sign compromises the sewer and appurtenances easement as recorded as number 7109100524 rights granted to the City of Auburn . by encroaching upon said easement. In consideration of the City of Auburn's final approval for the sign construction on said property easement, the Owner hereby agrees to be responsible for and assume any and all liability for damages of any kind caused to sign, or for any damages caused-by the sign to-the ewer or water lines located within the said above-referenced sewer easement: Also the Owner hereby agrees to be responsible for and assumes any and all liability for all additional costs that.the City incurs as a result of the unique sewer and water construction and repair methods' required to be employed by the City within said easement within 30 feet on either side of said sign'.within,the sewer easement. Further the Owner hereby agrees to be responsible for any cost incurred to maintain or repair the sewer and water pipelines and appurtenances within a 10-foot circle centered on base of the sign as presently erected, even to the extent of relocating said sign if such is determined by the City to Easement (Individual) Page I of 2 be necessary for its maintenance and repair of said sewer and water pipelines or the appurtenances.
