grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over and
across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and
N for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a Sanitary Sewer
0 and Appurtenances said land being described as:

A strip of land 20.00 feet in width., said strip of land being a portion of the

4 & '5 East W:M: ; :i to t e i n King Coun-ty, Waimiff ton: 1`0- feet of°sai d' 20" foot
strip of alnd lying on both sides of the following described centerlines:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Joseph. Brannan. Donation Land Claim #37;
thence S 88°49'52" E along the north boundary of said land claim 495.00 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence S 0°41'16" W, 1873.05 feet; thence S 88°53'43" E,
344.98 feet; thence S 0°58'43" W to the northerly margin of the easement for 15th
Street N.E. & N.W. recorded'under Auditor's File No. 6669729.
Together with a .temporary easement for construction purposes,
easement being 20 feet in width lying adjacent to and-on each
permanent easement.
Said construction easement will be terminated upon acceptance
for maintenance and operation by the City of Auburn,
