Farrell { for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to The City of Auburn , a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right-of-way over, through, under, across, upon and in the following described real property situated in Kiq County, Washington: A ten (10) foot permanent easement lying five (5) feet on each side of the following described centerline, together with a thirty (30) foot temporary construction easement lying fifteen (15) feet on each side of the aforesaid centerline: Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the centerline of 105th Place S.E. with the south line oft ction18; Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence westerly along said'south line 30.53 feet; thence on a deflection angle right 32"40' for 190.83 feet along a line lying parallel with and ten (10) feet southwesterly of the centerline of an existing gas pipeline easement, No. 5050593, granted to Washington Natural Gas Company, recording No. 6308347; thence on a deflection angle right 5"49' along a line, lying parallel with and ten (10) feet southwesterly of said gas pipeline easement for 125 feet more or less to the intersection with a line running northerly at right angles to the south line of said Section 8 from a point 30.00 feet north and 1007.61 feet west from the south 1/4 corner of said Section 8, all in King County Washington. Less 105th Place S.E., S.E. 320th Street right-of-way. AS,H 1lf i 2 for construction, operation, maintenance and/or repair and/or replacement of a water line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right-of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right-of-way for all purposes necessary and related thereto. This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of construction at which time the thirty (30) feet temporary construction easement will revert to the Grantor. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantor from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
