REUBEN FROSTAD and EDNA FROSTAD, husband and wife, do hereby
grant and convey to WILLIAM MEINHART and DORIN MEINHART, husband
and wife, their heirs, successors and assigns, an easement for a
one inch (111) water line approximately 1. rJ feet below the
surface under the following described property:
"That portion of Lot Number 1 of City of Auburn Short
Plat Number SPL-0001-89 as recorded under Recording
Number 8906271138, records of King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot Number 1;

thence South 00-10-45 West along the Easterly boundary

of said Lot Number 1, a distance of 211.78 feet to the

true point of beginning; thence North 89-49-15 West,
36.49 feet to a point on a curve to which the center of

the arc of said curve bears South 00-10-45 West, 36.50
feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve, 57.33
feet to the Southeast Corner of said Lot Number 1;
thence Northerly along said Easterly boundary of Lot
Number 1 to the true point of beginning."
The purpose of the easement shall be for the conveyance of
water from the City of Auburn water main on Knickerbocker Drive
to and for the benefit of the Meinhart's property described as
Lot 3 of the Replat of Lot 4, Block 1, Knickerbocker Heights,
records of King County, Washington.
