E A S E M E N T
Mrs. Lewis S. Armstrong do hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a

said land being described as:
The S 10 ft of the N 9 it of the tract eg 523. 941 W and 404.63' S of N 1/4 cor,
1Y8k T 21 N, R 5, EWM, measured along W lh of sub-div th E to W line of H St.
N. E. th S to S line of N 1/2, of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of said section th W 277. 31'
to point of beg less N 50' of S 136' of E 100' less beg at NE corner thof th W 120' th
S 80' th E to Ely In th N1y to beg.
This easement is contingent upon the installation of said water main. If said water
main is not installed..by July, 1966, this easement is null and void. Further, this
easement is granted in lieu of any water main assessment, either present or future.
This easement is given with the understanding the water main will be placed at a
depth that will not interfere with future street construction.
