grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an easement over
and across, upon and underneath, the following described land-for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a Sanitary sewer line
said land being described as:
A 20 foot wide parcel being a portion of the following described parcel within
Exhibit "A":
The Centerline of said 20 foot parcel is described as follows:
Beginning at a point 80 feet South and 8.5 feet East of the Northwest property
corner of that previously described parcel within Exhibit "A".
THENCE S20 03' 12" W, 285 feet more or less to a point being 19.79 feet Easterly
as measured at a right angle from the West property line of that parcel described
within Exhibit "A", said point being the South terminus of this easement and
end of this description.

THE GRANTOR, AUBUid1 SCHOOL DISTRICT M. 162, KING COUNTY,
STATE OF WASHIN';1ON, for the consideration of vne and no/100 (,*-1.00)
Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknok'vledged, and
for and in consideration of the benefit to accrue to said grantor by
reason of the construction and operation of a combined sanitary and
storm sewerage system through and adjacent to its school property,
does hereby grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a City of the
third class, situate in the County of King, in the State of Washing-
ton, the right and easement to construct, lay, keep in repair, re-
construct and forever maintain, a suitable sanitary and storm sewer
pine line under, over and across that certain real estate situate
in the City of Auburn, in the County of King, in the State of Wash-
ington, particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
