For and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and for benefits to be derived by the Grantor herein, Grantor, Time Oil
Co Washin on Co ra ion, hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Auburn, Grantee herein, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigned, a perpetual Nonexclusive
Easement under, over, through and across the following described real property for the purpose of laying
maintaining and installing storm drainage AND APPURTENANCES THEREOF, said real property being
described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF.
Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary for immediate entry upon said
Easement for the purpose of maintenance, construction, repair or reconstruction of the above improvements
without incurring any legal obligation or liability thereof.
23 Said Grantee shall have the absolute right to place any type of driving surface within said Easement deemed
necessary by the Grantee.
cD Said Grantor shall not in any way block, restrict or impede access and egress to or from said Easement,
{ ; and/or in any way block, restrict or impede full use of the real property within the above-described Easement
~ by said Grantee for the above-described purposes. Said Grantor may fence across said Easement and/or along
rn the boundaries of said Easement provided that a gate is constructed in said fence. Said gate shall be of
0 sufficient length and location to allow the Grantee full use of, and access and egress to and from the real

L-D property within the above-described Easement. If said gate is to be locked, keys shall be provided to the
C' Grantee.
This Easement shall be a covenant running with the above-described real property and shall be binding on the
successors, heirs and assigned of all parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its property officers
and its corporate seal to be hereunto axed this 24 day of May, 1993 .

On this 17th day of June, 1993 before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the
State of Washington, duly commissioned and sworn, personally appeared to me know to be the
president and Assistant Secretary, respectively, of Time Oil Co, the corporation that
executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and
deed of said corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they are
authorized to execute the said instrument and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.

STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT
A storm drainage easement in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a
portion of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., and being a
10.00 foot wide strip of land lying 5.00 feet on both sides of the following described easement
centerline:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Auburn Avenue N.E., distant
thereon N20°22'50"E 158.23 feet from the intersection thereof with the south line of said
Government Lot 1; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, leaving said southeasterly right-of-
way line, S47°25'36"E 8.26 feet; thence S82°26'18"E 23.44 feet to the easterly terminus of this
centerline and easement, and from which the intersection of the west line of "C" Street Northeast
(Auburn Way No.), as now established, and the south line of said Government Lot 1, bears
S00°11'13"W 136.03 feet.
The sidelines of this easement are to be prolonged or foreshortened at its angle points and terminii
so as to be contiguous with one another and with the southeasterly right-of-way line of Auburn
Avenue N.E. on the west, and with a line that bears S00° 11'13"W on the east.
Contains 317 Square Feet of land more or less.
