25 4 CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
8001 (INDIVIDUAL)
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of . I ,
19f, between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal rporation of
King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee",
and Glenn A. BROWN and Maureen E. BROWN, husband and wife
"Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized
agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only
during construction of roadway, sidewalks, utilities,
illumination and other related work on adjacent property; said
temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance
from the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, or on January
1, 1995, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way
or easement shall be through and across the following described
property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:

MADE A PART HEREOF.

An easement in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a ;)urtion of the
following described "Total Parcel:"
PARCEL A:
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King
County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Auburn Avenue (State Road Number 5) where said west line is
intersected by a line parallel with and 170 feet due south of the north line of said Section 18; thence west
along said parallel line, 278 feet; thence southeasterly to a point on said west line of Auburn Avenue
(State Road Number 5), which is 135 feet southwesterly along said west line from the point of beginning;
thence north along said west line, 135 feet to the point of beginning.

Lots 7, 8 and the north 16 inches of Lot 6, Block 3, TOGETHER WITH abutting vacated portions of
alley and "B" Street Northeast of the plat of New Auburn Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 44 of Plats, pages 8 and 9, in King County, Washington;
TOGETHER WITH a portion of Block 4 of the New Auburn Addition, according to the plat thereof
