THIS AGREEMENT, made this 11 day of ,
19qA,, between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal c poration of
King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee",
and Robert W. SCARFF and Carroll E. SCARFF "Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized
agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only
during construction of roadway, sidewalks, illuminations,
utilities and other related work on adjacent property; said
temporary easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance
from the City of Auburn or on January 1, 1997, whichever comes
first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be
through and across the following described property situated in
King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

PART HEREOF.

1 through 8 inclusive, Block 2, New Auburn Addition to the City of Auburn, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 44 of Plats, page 8, records of King County, Washington, said portions
being more particularly described as follows:
The southeasterly 7.30 feet of said Lots 1 through 3 inclusive.
Also the southeasterly 11.30 feet of said Lot 4.
94 Also the northwesterly 10.00 feet of the southeasterly 15.00 feet of said Lot 5.
Also the northwesterly 10.00 feet of the southeasterly 17.00 feet of said Lots 6 and 7.
