19:ql, between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal co pow on of
King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee",
and Bob D. FLETCHER and Barbara FLETCHER, husband and wife
"Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantors do hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized
agents a temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only
during construction of roadway, sidewalk, illumination, utilities
and other related work, on adjacent property; said temporary
easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance from the
City of Auburn or on January 1, 1997, whichever comes first. The
said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and
across the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:

An easement in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a portion of Lot
1, Block 1, James W. Warren First Addition to Auburn, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 41 of Plats, page 29, in King County, Washington, and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 1, distant thereon S89°49'00"W 48.93
feet from the northeast corner thereof; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along said
north line N89°49'00"E 12.80 feet; thence leaving said north line S38°28'35"W 17.30 feet;
thence SO0° 11'00"E 96.30 feet to the south line of said Lot 1; thence along said south line
S89°40'00"W 10.00 feet; thence NO0°11'00"W 99.81 feet; thence N38°28'35"E 12.81 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
