The Undersigned, David A. Botting and Ruby Botting, husband and wife, owners of ~
the property hereafter described hereby grant to the City of Auburn a perpetual
easement to construct, operate, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer accros the following`

described property situated in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Jashington,
to wit: Beginning at a point 661.10 feet South-.and 217.60 East of the N.W. corner,
N .1.' 1/4, . Sec . 18-21-5 said point lying on the north corporate limits
of the City of Auburn; thence east along said north corporate limits of the
City of Auburn 550 feet more or less to the Southeasterly line of the
abandoned ";bite River Bed;,-thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly
line of the abandoned White River Bed,also the westerly line of Block A,
French,18<, 1st Addition to Slaughter, to the South line of Block A, said.
French,!s,:lst:-.Addition to Slaughter; thence West to a point 1031.16 feet
South and 217.60 feet East of the aforesaid N.y+. corner, N.E. 1/4, Section
18-21-5 E.W.M.; thence North 370 feet to point of beginning.
Sevier to be constructed approximately along the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the west line of the above described tract and 182.0 feet
south of the point of beginning of the above described description; thence east
parallel to the north line of the above described tract 115.0 ft., thence
northeasterly to a point 103.5 feet south ah&.275 feet east of the N.W. corner
of the above described tract; thence east parallel to the north line of the above
described tract to the southeasterly boundary of said tract.
In consideration for this easement a•sum equal to one dollar (w1.00)
ft. of sewer constructed across the above described property shall be credited
assessment to be levied against the. above descibed property for sanitary sewers
under L.I.D. No. 110.
