EASEMENT
For value received, ROBERT C. KLONTZ and LOU BELLE KLONTZ, his wife,
hereby grant, convey and transfer to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation,
an easement over, across and underneath the following described property for the
purpose of maintaining, laying and servicing a water main; the legal description

The north 30 feet of the following described property:
The North 330 feet of Government Lot 15 „4,>& ioi* 18, Township
21 North, Range 5 E. W. M., less the east 617.70 feet also
portion of Government Lot 10, lying easterly of E. E. Harvey
Road,
