of Auburn, King County, Wa. described as follows:
Beg at the NE car of said NE 114 of Sec 18, then southerly along the easterly
boundary of said Section 18, 30.00 feet to the southerly margin of 8th Street
N:E.; then westerly along said southerly margin 65.00 feet to a point on the
westerly margin of "R" Street N.E. said point being the T.P.O.B.; then contin-
uing along said southerly margin of 8th Street N.E. 10.00 feet; then southeast-
erly to a point on the westerly margin of "R" Street N.E. and 10.00 feet south-
erly of the T.P.O.B.; then northerly along said westerly margin of "R" Street
N.E. 1.00 feet to the T.P.O.B.
