M., running thence North 890 51' 31" West along the north line of said Section 18 a distance of 388.56 feet to the true point of beginning; thence ivorth 30 131 29" East a distance of 713.20 feet, more or lees, to the center of the present channel of Green River. It is understood and agreed by and between the grantors herein and the grantee herein that the grantee herein shall have the right to coonsgruct, keep in repair, maintain and re-construct a forty-two (42") inch sewer outlet line over and across the two (2) strips of land above described, and shall have the right to provide a sewage outlet into Green River through an open ditch for a reasonable distance back from the center line of Green River as the same is now flowing. It is further understood and agreed by and between the parties herein that the title to the strips of land covered by this easement, and the right to cultivate and enjoy the surface of the soil shall be and remain in the parties of the first part herein, and that the party of the second part herein shall pay to the parties of the first part herein such damages, if any, as the parties of the first part herein may sustain by reason of the party of the second part herein hereafter, and after the first installation of an out- let sewer pipe over said strips of land, repairing or re-placing of any outlet sewer line.
