EASEMENT FOR A Sidewalk
The Grantor, Tom Brown , and
Iris Brown , his wife, for and in consideration of
the sum of ONE DOLLAR
($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Auburn 31
Auburn, WA , Washington, a municipal corporation Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right-of-way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in King
County, Washington, TO--WIT:
~u That portion of Lot 6, Block 6,-Abraham's First Addition, as
recorded in Volume 20 of Plats, Page 67, Records of King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east boundary line of said Lot 6
which is 5.0 feet from the southeast corner of said Lot 6,
thence southwest to a point on the south boundary line of
said Lot 6, thence easterly a distance of 5.0 feet to the
0 southeast corner of said Lot 6, thence northerly along the
east boundary line a distance of 5.0 feet to the point of
beginning.

with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right-of-way for all
purpose necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition
upon each and all completion of construction, operation, maintenance, use, repair and/or
replacement. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the grantors from
any liability arising from each and all uses contemplated herein. The Grantor agrees
that no structure will be eracted on the easement that would interfere with the use
contemplated without the written consent of the Grantee.
