successor and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement under, over, through and across the property described as follows:

Recording Number 8404250564, being a portion of the North 330 feet of
Government Lot 15 in the Northeast quarter of section 18, Township 21
North, Range 5 East, I.M., in King County, Washington; EXCEPT the East
617.50 feet thereof; ALSO, that portion of Government Lot 10, lying
Easterly of East Harvey County Road; EXCEPT for roads; ALL in Section 18,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington; EXCEPT
the North 40 feet thereof' conveyed to the City of Auburn by deeds recorded
under Recording Numbers 7206190408 and 5895075 and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence South 87039'20"

of said Sidewalk and Utility Easement; thence on a tangent curve to the

The purpose of the nonexclusive, perpetual easement is for the construc-
tion, installation, maintenance, relocation, repair, improvement, inspection
of the public improvements including, but not limited to, the following:
Public and regulated utilities, public sidewalks, landscaping, fire hydrants,
public sigriage, traffic signals, street lights and ~iring and such other
improvement$ deemed neceslsag b.~ the City of Auburn. Should relocation of any of The Southland
Corporation's i provements necessary, inc udi g t e pole sign, the City of Auburn agrees to relocate said improvements
at City s expense.
