Rare Bower and his wife Elizabeth Bower , do hereby

grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
cast iron water main said land being described as:
An easement 12 feet in width with 6 feet lying on each side of the
following described centerline.
That portion of Government Lot 5, r- ttprr ?17 , Twp 21 N, Range 5,
E.WM described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, H. T. Hughes Addition
as recorded in volume 72 of Plats, page 21, Records of King County,
Washington; thence east along the north line of the N.T. Hughes
Addition 6 feet to the true point of beginning of this centerline;
thence north 0028`55" west 146 feet to the terminus of this description
situate in King County, Washington.
