Said property is described as: The W~ of the E'k of the NE4 of said.Section 17, EXCEPT County.Road. This easement consists of a 20 .foot. permanent strip, the centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the above described property; thence Easterly along the North line of said property a distance of 150 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence southerly parallel to the West, line of said property, a'distance of 700.0 feet; thence at a deflection angle to the left of 28600' a distance of 265.0 feet;thence Southerly to a point on the South line of said Tract 4, said point lying Westerly 367.0 ft. (as measured along said South line) from the Southeast corner ..of said Tract 4. TOGETHER WITH a 30 foot temporary construction easement, the centerline of which is the same as,that described above. Schneider 17...We.st Main St. Auburn, Wash. i ex. ~ , n, ' ~ - y. ~r 652 PAGE66~ oc-y ~y..M dw_ The said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any suit: or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary to enter upon said property for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering or reconstructing said Utilities, or malting any connections therewith, C2 without i,iacur3eing any legal obligation' or liability therefor; provided that such constructing, -repairing, altering or reconstructing of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private im- provements existing in this right-of--way shall not be disturbed or de- stroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the pro- perty was entered upon by the Crantee, The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said ease- i anent so long as said use does not interfere with the installation and maintenance of the Utilities and so long as no.permanent buildings or structures are erected on said easement.
