That portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying Southerly of the North 30 feet thereof and Westerly of the Westerly margin of SR 167, included within the limits of a strip of land 20 feet in width the centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of the said SW 1/4 which is South 86014142" East 26.23 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 12051107" West 30.38 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 12051107" West 41.45 feet; thence South 28021139" West 25 feet more or less to an intersection with the West line of the said SW 1/4 and the terminus of said center- line description. Auburn, WA 98002 Easement No. 81-13-1 C"3Vl3.JJ9 1138 y Vpq&103 lAtl Record and return to: City of Auburn 25 West Main Auburn, Washington 98002 That said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said property for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering, or reconstructing said Sewer Main, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefor; provided that such con- structing, repairing, altering or reconstructing of said Sewer Main shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in this right-of-way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immedi- ately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
