HONEYSETT and Mary Ann HONEYSETT, husband and wife, do hereby grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, a slope easement over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for cuts and fills, as may be required in the construction of roadway and utility improvements said land being described as: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF.
