HomeMy WebLinkAbout6402044 SLOPE EASEMENT 09056813~ ls, '[t CV - . 0 ~D 6102'041 E A S E M E N T THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , 19 , by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, municipal corporation of King County, Washington, 4 reinafter to ed "Grantee" and Michael R. -Mastro, Charles Michelotti, Albert Ter na, Jay God1d and Max Mondschein hereinafter termed "Grantor", WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant unto the Grantee a slope easement with the i1gilt to where it is intersected by the North line of the South 16 & 1/2 acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 23; thence north along the west line of said East Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 400 feet; thence east to the east line of said East Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence south along said east line 400 feet more or less, to the north line of said south 16 & 1/2 acre tract; thence west along said north line to the point of beginning; except that portion thereof lying within the West Valley Road; together with the rights to use the adjoining roadway for vehicular traffic, which is upon the portions of said tax lots 7 and 13, lying northerly and immediately adjacent to the tract hereinbefore described.
