THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , 19 , by and
between the CITY OF AUBURN, municipal corporation of King County,
Washington, 4 reinafter to ed "Grantee" and Michael R. -Mastro,
Charles Michelotti, Albert Ter na, Jay God1d and Max Mondschein
hereinafter termed "Grantor",
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these
presents grant unto the Grantee a slope easement with the i1gilt to
where it is intersected by the North line of the South 16 & 1/2
acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 23; thence north along the west line of
said East Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 400 feet;
thence east to the east line of said East Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter; thence south along said east line 400 feet more or less,
to the north line of said south 16 & 1/2 acre tract; thence west
along said north line to the point of beginning; except that
portion thereof lying within the West Valley Road; together with
the rights to use the adjoining roadway for vehicular traffic,
which is upon the portions of said tax lots 7 and 13, lying northerly
and immediately adjacent to the tract hereinbefore described.

to enter upon said easement for the purpose of construction roadway
improvements without incurring any legal obligation or liability
therefor; provided that such construction shall be accomplished in
such a manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed or
destroyed,•or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they
will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
.This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and
shall be binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of both
parties hereto.
