E A S E M E N T *G mot' tiO THIS AGREEMENT made this /6 day of 19 rar, by and . between'the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal core ra n of King ,unty, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and C_ i and reinafter termed 'a"rantor", his wife, WITNESSETH: That-the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents grant unto the Grantee a slope easement with the right to make all necessary slopes upon the abutting property for cuts and fills as may be required in the construction of roadway improvements on I-lest Valley Road. The slope easement is described as follows: Said slope easement is further described as the east 20 feet, measured perpendicularly to West Valley Road,of the North 100 feet of the South 230 feet of the North Half of North Half of Northeast Quarter of above mentioned Section 23, lying west of West Valley Road. Easement No. 7 The easterly 10 feet, measured perpendicularly to West Valley Road, of the following described parcels: The North 160 feet of that portion of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section.23, Township 21 North, Range 4 East W.M. lying west of West Valley. Road; Also, the North Half of that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of above mentioned.Section 23, ,lying west of West Valley Road; Also, the south 40~feet of that portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 21 North, Range 4 East W.M. lying west of West Valley Road, That said Grantee shall have the right without prior institu- tion of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to' enter upon said easement for the purpose of construction roadway improvements without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefor; provided that such construction shall be accomplished in Such a manner tha'C_ private inp%vVc: gents shall not be sturbed nr destxoyed,'or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will;be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
