r` Bernell Kombal and his wife Helmic Kombel do hereby
N grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
I,- and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
storm sewer , said land being described as:
West 5 feet of Lots 1 and 2 block 3, Boyd's First Addition as
recorded in Volume 21 of Plats, page 14, Records of King County'-
Washington, situated in-Section '19, Township 21, Range 5, City
of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.
