THIS AGREEMENT made this day of &((14 19by
cD and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corpora on of King County, Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Darwin T. Davis and Sallye E. Davis,
f`- his wife hereinafter termed "Grantor."
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these presents
grant unto the Grantee a perpetual easement for the construction of a public
sidewalk and a traffic light standard through, over and across the following
described property situate in the CITY OF AUBURN, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
That portion of the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 of,Sec 19, Twp 21 N,
R 5 E, W.M., situate in King County, Wash., described as
follows:
Beg at the NW corner of said SW1/4 of NE1/4 of Sec 19,
Twp 21 N, R 5 E, W.M.; th E along the N boundary of the .
above described subdivision, 350.62 ft; th S 27.00 ft to
the TPOB; th continuing S, 3.00 ft; th W TO.32 ft to a.
point on a curve, said curve having a radius of 20.00 ft
and a radial bearing of S 60° E from said point on a curve;
th NEly along said curve 3.68 ft; th E, 8.20 ft to the
TPOB.
° This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of the Grantors.
