WITNESSETH: The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of- way or easement to be used only during construction of commercial sidewalk, driveways and N ` relocation of traffic signal controller and traffic signal J-box, on adjacent property; said temporary j easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance by the City of Auburn or on July 1, C`C} 1997, whichever comes first.
