CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 19 1- day of 19__(,, between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee", and Barbara Frances Strickland Bailey, Successor Co-Trustee
under the Trust of Rex Strickland and Lorena Strickland dated June 30, 1948 for the benefit of
Nancy Louise Strickland Rowe and Successor Co-Trustee under the Trust of Rex Strickland and
Lorena Strickland dated June 30, 1948 for the benefit of Lorena Mary Strickland;
Nancy Louise Strickland Rowe, Successor Co-Trustee under the Trust of Rex Strickland and
Lorena Strickland dated June 30, 1948 for the benefit of Barbara Frances Strickland Bailey and
Successor Co-Trustee under the Trust of Rex Strickland and Lorena Strickland dated June 30,
1948 for the benefit of Lorena Mary Strickland, and
Lorena Mary Strickland, Successor Co-Trustee under the Trust of Rex Strickland and Lorena
Strickland dated June 30, 1948 for the benefit of Nancy Louise Strickland Rowe and Successor
.+t Co-Trustee under the Trust of Rex Strickland and Lorena Strickland dated June 30, 1948 for the
benefit of Barbara Frances Strickland Bailey "Grantors".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-
way or easement to be used only during construction of commercial sidewalk, driveways and
N ` relocation of traffic signal controller and traffic signal J-box, on adjacent property; said temporary
j easement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance by the City of Auburn or on July 1,
C`C} 1997, whichever comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and
- across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:

of Trustee under the Trust of Rex Strickland and Lorena Strickland dated June 30, 1948,
to me known to be the individual(s) described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and
acknowledged that he signed and sealed the same as his free and voluntary act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned.

That portion of Government Lot 6 in Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.;
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Lot, which is south 89°27'27" west, a distance of
992.13 feet from the southeast corner thereof, thence north 0°32'33" west, a distance of 30 feet
to the true point of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence north 0°32'33" west, a
distance of 100 feet; thence north 43°02'48" west, a distance of 58 feet; thence north 89°36'55"
west 166 feet, more or less, to the easterly right-of-way line of Primary State Highway No. 5;
thence southerly along said easterly right-of-way line to the north line of the south 30 feet of said
lot; thence north 89°27'27" east to the true point of beginning; situate in the City of Auburn, King
County, Washington.
Described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the above-described tract of land;
Thence southerly along said easterly right-of-way line to the north line of the south 30 feet of said
Government lot 6;
Thence north 89°27'27" east, along the north line of the south 30 feet of said lot, a distance of
24.91 feet;
Thence north 62°31'23" west, a distance of 24.21 feet to a point lying 10 feet as measured
perpendicular to said easterly right-of-way line;
Thence northerly, along a line parallel with and 10 feet when measured perpendicular to said
easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 178.86 feet to the north line of the above-described tract
of land;
Thence north 89°36'55" west, along last said north line, a distance of 13.84 feet to the point of
