United Homes Corporation , does hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, an ease-
ment over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land
for ingress and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining and in-.
stalling a storm water drain, said land being described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the centerline of which
Is described as that portion of Lot nos. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and
12, Block 1 in the Plat of. Sherman Acres, recorded In Volume 71 of
Plats, pages 94 and 95 records in the County of King, State of Wash-
ington.
Commencing at the northeast corner of said lot no. 1; thence north
89° 17' 52" west along the northerly boundary thereof a distance
of 84.52 feet; thence south 00° 24' 32" east a distance of 17.17
feet to the True Point of Beginning, thence south 84° 13' 16" east
a distance of 395.26 feet to a point on the easterly boundary of
said lot no. 5, said point,being 52.49 feet southerly of the north-
east corner thereof; thence south 67° 33' 16" east a distance of
494.13 feet to a point on the southeasterly boundary to said lot
no. 11, said point being 261.29 feet northeasterly of the southeast
corner thereof; thence continuing south 67° 33' 16" east a dis-.
of 15.00 feet to the terminus of said centerline.
