and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a
related water services, valves, etc.

ALL BEING a portion of the following described parcel.
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 19;
thence Northerly along the West line of said Section 19, a distance of
328.20 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing Northerly along the West line of said Section 19, a
distance of 328.20 feet to a point;
thence Easterly on a line parallel with the South line of said Section 19,
a distance of 1191.57 feet to a point;
thence Southerly on a line parallel with the Westerly line of said Section 19,
a distance of 329.30 feet to a point;
thence Westerly on a line parallel with the South line of said Section 19,
a distance of 1193.18 feet to the true point of beginning;
EXCEPT the West 30 feet, and the North 20 feet of the West 133 feet
thereof for road purposes.
