The First/ Christian Church of Auburn CG5 HSL *IC1.On
for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant to the Grantee, City of Auburn , a municipal corporation of
the State of Washington, or its agents, the right, permit, license and
easement to use and occupy the hereinafter described lands from date hereof
until- ,April 15, 1981 or until the completion of the
construction of the above street project, whichever is earlier, for any and
all purposes incidental to the construction of the above-mentioned street,
said lands being situated in King County, Washington, and described as
follows: The North 75 feet of the East 75 feet of the following
described property:

Q The East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of ,Section--19-, _)Township 21 North, Range
C'a 5 East, Willamette Meridian-less 'the South 90 feet, less
the North 30 feet and the East 15 feet for Streets.
The easement herein above-described contains an area of
5625 square feet more or less, the specific details concerning
a o which are-to be fours within that certain map of definite location
now of record and on file in the office of the City-Clerk, Municipal
Building, Auburn;- Washington;.. and bearing date of
-approval March 1980 -
It is further understood and agreed that the Grantee shall indemnify
and save the Grantor(s) harmless from any and all claims and causes of
action of every kind and description which may accrue to, or be suffered
by, any person, persons or property by reason of, arising out of, or
resulting from the use and occupancy of said lands by the Grantee, its
successors and.assigns.
This permit,.and all rights.granted hereunder, shall terminate.
automatically and without notice upon the completion of the construction of
the above street project or upon April 15, 1981 1 ,
whichever is earlier.
It is understood.and agreed that upon completion of construction of
said project,.the City of :.Auburn or its agents shall restore said lands
to their original grade condition and utility, including the replacing of
any improvements now located thereon.
