For and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and for benefits to be derived by the Grantor herein,
Grantor, Michael Ray Lykstad and Ida M. Lykstad H/W, hereby conveys and
warrants to the CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation of the State of
Washington, its successors and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement
under, over, through and across the following described land for the
purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
A SANITARY SEWER AND APPURTENANCES THEREOF, said land being described as
follows:
THE SOUTH 5.00 FEET OF LOT NUMBER 41 OF THE PLAT OF RAINIER VISTA
Ln AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 57 OF PLATS PAGE 26 RECORDS OF KING COUNTY,
(X) WASHINGTON.
CT` SITUATE IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF
SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W. M., COUNTY OF
KING, STATE OF WASHINGTON.

0 Said Grantee shall have the absolute right, at times as may be necessary,
Q` to enter upon said easement for the purpose of maintenance, construction,
repair or reconstruction of the above improvements without incurring any
legal obligation of liability therefor; Provided that such maintenance,
construction, repair or reconstruction shall be accomplished in such a
manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in
the event said private improvements are disturbed or destroyed, they will
be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the
property was entered upon by the grantee.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of all parties hereto.
