over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
8" waterline and fire hydrant
said land being described as:
that portion of the attached legal description designated Exhibit "A" described
as follows:
7.5 feet each side of the following described centerline;
Beginning at the Southw t corner of Exhibit "A"; thence Northerly parallel to
the West property lineiR feet to the true point of beginning.
Thence Easterly parallel to the South property line SO feet; thence Northerly
parallel to said West property line 17.5 feet to the end of said cen_tprline
and the end of this legal description.
