situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
The City of Auburn hereby agrees then in consideration of the
dedication of this easement and of 20 feet of street right of way,
conveyed this date by separate instrument, the City of Auburn will
install the necessary street and curbs'to City of Auburn standards
at no expense to grantors. The face of the curb shall be no closer
than 32 feet from the foundation line of the residence at
2805 M.Street Southeast.
