the True'Point..of Beginning of said centerline, thence southerly,
perpendicular.from said 32nd,Ave. SE, a di:stance of. 1.06.5 feet, to
the terminus of said easement centerline.
Together with-another 1.5.00-foot-wide water easement, the center-
linebeing described as fo.l.lows:
Beginning at.a point on .said margin of 32nd Ave..SE a distance of
