an easement over and across, upon and underneath, the following described
land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining-

said land being described as:
A 15.00-foot-wide easement for sanitary sewer over.a portion
of the SW 114 of the NW 114"of Section' 27, T 21 N, R 5 E, W.M., in
King,.County, Washington, the centerline of said 15.00-foot-wide
easement being described.as follows:
Beginning at an existing sanitary sewer manhole located 61.5 feet
northeasterly of the center of Auburn Enumclaw Hwy (as measured
perpendicular) & 544.5 feet, northwesterly of the northerly margin
of 32nd Ave. SE (as measured parallel to said Auburn-Enumclaw Hwy.),
the True.Point of Beginning of said easement centerline, thence
southeasterly, parallel to said Auburn-Enumclaw Hwy., a distance of
606.5 ft. more or less, to a point 7.5 feet southerly of the south
margin of said 32nd Ave..SE (as measured perpendicular from said
south margin); Thence easterly, parallel to said south margin, a
distance of 465 feet, to the terminus of said easement centerline.
Less that portion thereof lying within 32nd Ave. SE.
