grant and convey to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, an eae ment over
and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress
and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
water lines
said land being described as:
Parcels being a portion of the following described parcel within

Five foot wide parcels on each side of the center line of the
six inch diamter water lines, located as constructed.
