The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of-
way or easement to be used only during construction of a 24-inch storm drainage pipe and related
appurtenances, grading and backfilling on adjacent property, said temporary easement shall
terminate October 1, 1997 or upon completion and acceptance by the City of Auburn, whichever
comes first. The said temporary right-of-way or easement shall be through and across the
following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:

Beginning at the most westerly corner of said lot 30, being a point on the southerly margin of

Thence S 52-43-24 E, along the southwesterly line of said lot, a distance of 78.28 feet to the
