The City of Pacific, a municipal corporation of the third clasg do hereby
grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation, an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described lend for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a 12"
Cast Iron Water Main , said land being described as:
A 101 (ten foot) perpetual easement 5' (five) feet each side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at a point 5 (five) feet south of and 423.5 f west of the NE corner
of Section 36-21-4, thence west 5 feet south of and parallel to the north line
of said section to a point 5 (five) feet south of the NW oorner of the
NE 4.
