This EASEMENT RELEASE is executed by the City Engineer of the City of Auburn, a
Municipal Corporation of King County, (the "City").
WHEREAS the City has a sewer easement existing for the installation of sewer mains
within the following described property:

II (Evergreen) and Division III, Phase I (Eastpoint), together with a utility tract; and
WHEREAS the City of Auburn has annexed said roadways into Auburn City limits; and
WHEREAS the easements recorded under Pierce County Recording #'s 9803260725 and
9803260727 are in excess of City needs and should be relinquished;
NOW THEREFORE, the City hereby:
Relinquishes and forever abandons any and all interests in the easements to the City of
Auburn, created for sanitary sewer improvements and recorded under Pierce County
Recording Numbers 9803260725 and 9803260727.
