THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 15,14.020 relating to Uniform

Administrative Code - Amendments is upon the effective date of this Ordinance

repealed. .

Section 2, There is herewith enacted a new Auburn Codified City Ordinance

15.14.020 relating to Administrative Code - Amendments, which shall read as

18 Temporary Residence Durina Construction -$10.00
19 If a Bui,ld,ing Permit has beem issued for construction of a single family
20 dwelling, a_Temporar.y,`On-Site Permit:to use a mobile home as a tem-
porary residence during construction may be issued for a six (6)-
21 month-per.iod and may-be renewed:•;Water and sanitary facilities will
be requiredIor`.',the, temporary residence.

24 Temporary Caretakers Quarters - $100.00 .
25 Mobile homes may be used on a temporary basis for six (6) months at
construction projects. All permits for temporary uses must have an
26 approved sewage disposal system, water supply and electrical connection.
A$300.00 Performance Bond, refundable upon termination of the temporary
27 caretakers quarters, is required. This temporary use may be renewed.
28 Renewal Fee for Temporary Caretakers Quarters -$100.00

Section 301(a) Permits Required

Add Item 1- Mobile Home Placement - in mobile home courts or when placed
• 12 on private lots shall first obtain a separate permit for placement. All
mobiTe homes shall be securely fastened to the ground as outlined in the
13 National Fire Code."
14 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
15 tive.procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
16 legislation.
17 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take.effect and be in force five (5) days
18 from and'after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
