3 AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE'N0. 3724, PASSED THE~6TH DAY OF APRIL, 1982
WHICH ORDINANCE'RELATED TO ECONOMIC DEVEL"OPMENT; CREATED THE CITY
4 OF AUBURNECONOMIC DEVEOPMENT CORPORATION; AUTHORIZED A CHARTER
THEREfORE; ESTABLISHED A BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO GOVERN THE AFFAIRS
5 OF THE CORPORATION; AND PROVIDED HOW THE PUBLIC CORPORATION SHOULD

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1, Auburn Cit Ordinance No. 3724 ' y , passed the 6tfi Day of

Apri1;1982, relating to Economic Development; creating the City of Auburn
9 Economic Development Corporation; authorizing a Charter therefore;
10 establishing a Board of Directors to govern the affairs of the Corporation;

p g public Corporation should conduct its affairs, is hereby

upon the effective date of. th9s Ordinence repealed.
13 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such admi-
14
nistrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out,;the directions of this
15
legislation.

from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
g oing is a full, trve and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3754 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDZNANCE OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON REPEALING AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE N0. 3724,
PASSED THE 6TH DAY OF APRIL, 1982 WHICH ORDINANCE RELATED TO
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT; CREATED THE CITY OF AUBURN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; AUTHORIZED A CHARTER THEREFORE;
ESTABLISHED A BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO GOVERN THE AFFAIRS OF THE
CORPORATION; AND PROVIDED HOW THE PUBLIC CORPORATION SHOULD
CONDUCT ITS AFFAIRS.
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3754 was duly passed by the Council '
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 17t]day of
