8 Section L Ttiat Auburn City Ordinance No. 2638, passed May 15, 1972, is

9 hereby amended, al~lowing for a five-(5) year extension to; an existing Special
. 10 Property Use Permit for gravel remo'val on a parcel of land, lying on the.west
: 11 side of:the West,Valley Highway southwesterly of 15th Street S.W: ;
1z Section'2. Tfiat the five-(5) year extension to the existin,g Special
13 Property Use Permit as approved 6y Ord.inance No. 2738 for the purpose of gre-
' 14 vel removal'be authorized, proVided, that the owners agree to the following
