10 ' Jukeboxes within the citylimits shall procure from the City a,
master'license therefor and shall further procure from the City subli-

.12 censes for each jukebox operated within, the city limits; provided,
13 . however, that any such person, partnership, f.irm, association or cor-
14 Poration'operating jukeboxes within the city limits upon premises
15 owried or.rented by such person, partnersh'ip, firm, association or 16 corporation shall-omly;be required to procure a sublicense for each °
17 ~~Juketioz.: Every person, partnership, firm, association or corporation
- 18 • operating-any other mechanical and/or eletronicamusement`devices
19 within th'e city 9imits shall procure from the city a mechanical and/or
, 20 . electronic amusement.device license for each amusement device
21 • operated within the:city l'imits. Tt is unlawful to permit to be

22 operated 'or used; or:to possess with the intent that the same may be
23 operated,.or to keep in any p]ace where people gather within the city
24 limits, any mechanical and/or electronic amusement devise without
• 25 having a valid, unrevoked-l.icense issued under the provis.ions of this
' 26 chapter;.provided, every'person, partnership, firm, association or '
27 corporation operating not more'than ((t#n-ee--(-3-})) four (4) mechani-
28 cal and/or electron.ic amusement devices as defined in Auburn-

29 Codified City Ordinance'18,04.035 where said amusement devices are
30 not~a primary segment of the business located on the.prem.ises, may
31 apply to the City Cler,k for a permit which the City Clerk sha11
32 issue upon approval by the Chief of.Police and upon payment of,the
