AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
3 AND INSTFILLATION OF CURB AND GUTTER, STREET SURFACING, SIDEWALK, STREET
LIGHTING AND STORM DRAINAGE ON 29TH STREET N.W. BETWEEN THE WEST VALLEY

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has caused an estimate to be made on the cost '
26 ' 1 and expense of the proposed improvement and has certified said estimates to

touching the proposed improvements, a description of the boundaries of the

district; a statement of what portion of!the costs and expense of the improve-

\1 against the property in the proposed district, and a statement of the aggre-
2 gate actual valuation of the real estate and the actual valuation of the
3 improvements in the proposed diStrict according to the valuation last placed
4 upon it for the purpose of general taxation; and
5 WHEREAS, said estimates are accompanied by a diagram of the proposed
6 improvements showing thereon the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other
7 property which will be especially benefited by the proposed improvements and
8 the estimated amount of the cost and expense thereof to be borne by eacfi lot,
9 tract and parcel of land or other property.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON DO
11 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
12 Section l. That the property legally described in Section 2 of this
13 Ordinance;,"situate inside'the corporate limits of the City of Auburn, be

21 by the City Engineer and filed witli the City Clerk. 22
23 Section 2. That there is hereby created and established a Local
Improvement District to be designated Local.Improvement District No. 324,

which said district is legally described as follows, to-wit:

Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, City of Auburn Short Plat No. SP-32-79 as
26 recorded under King.County Auditors File No. 7912260412.
27 Tracts "C" and "D" City of Auburn Short Plat No. SP-2-79 as
recorded under King County AuditorS.File No. 7902141432.

That portion of Lots 10, 11, 12, Block 2, Christopher Garden
29 Tracts as recorded in Volume 23 of Plats, page 6, records of
King County, WA lying easterly and southerly of the City of •

recorded in Vol 23 of Plats, page 6, records of King County, WA.

12 within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of the Notice

15 annual :installments; with interest on the whole unpaid sum at the rate of one
