' S THE CITY COUNCIL OF:THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO,ORDAIN AS FOLIOWS: . 6 . Section 1. Auburn Codified City,Ordinance.3.28.050.relating to local
, 7 improvement district assessments penalty;is hereby amended to read as follows:.

. A penalty of ' a percentage, to the
10 maximum as.authorized.by State Law, of all delinquent local improvement.
. district assessments. or installments thereof.the city fieretofore or
11 ' hereafter lev.ied. is fixed and charged. Such penalty shall become due on
, the,date of"delinquency of.any such assessment" or installment bhereof;..
12 ; shall be added to the same, arid shall.•be included in.and become a part of
' the assessment lien, and shall be collected by.the city in the same
' 13 manner as all local improvement district assessments or .installments
thereof."
