AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY -0F AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
3 A PARCEL OF.LAND 34,320.SQ. FT. IN.SIZE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 22ND
STREET N.E. AT "L" STREET N.F „ WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
4 CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION THEREOF FROM R-2 TO R-3 WITH A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT ONE TRIPLEX.

6 WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the Council of the City of
7 Auburn, Washington, by CHET SABOTKA, requesting the rezoning of the real pro-
8 perty hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, which petition was
9 dated March 23, 1982; and 10 WHEREAS, said request above referred to, was referred to fhe Planning
11 Commission by the Auburn City Council for study and public hearing thereon;
12 and
13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commiss:ion held a public hearing to consider said
14 .
petition in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, on May 4, 1982, at
15 7:30 P.M., at the conclusion of wh.ich the Planning Commission recommended the
16
• approval of the rezoning of the said property;'and
17 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn, held a public hearing.
18 in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on June 7, 1982,
19
at which time the City Council concurr.ed with the recommendations of the
20
Planning Coimnission-:as hereinabove stated.

NOW, THEREFORE,_THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY,OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO

13 Section 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
14 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
15 legislation. , . •

Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days

from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law. 18
