AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
3 A PARCEL OF LAND 30.92 ACRES IN SIZE LYING SOUTHERLY OF 53RD STREET S.E.
AT'THE INTERSECTION OF KERSEY WAY, WI.THIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, . 4 CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION THEREOF FROM R-1 T0 R-2.

' WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the Council of the City of

7 Auburn, Washington, by MOLINE HOLDINGS (Western) LTD., reguesting the rezon.ing
; 8 of the real property hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance,
9 which petition was dated March 23, 1982; and
30 WHEREAS, said request above referred to, was referred to the.Planning
11 Commission by the Auburn City Council for study and public hearing thereon;
12 and ,
13 WHEREAS; the Planning Commission held.a public hearingto consider said. •
14 Petition in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, on May 4, 1982, at
• 15 7:30 P.M., at the conclusion of which the Planning Commission recommended the '
16 approval of the rezoning of the said proper.ty; and .
17 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn, held,a public hearing
18 in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on June 7,
lg 1982, at:which time the City Council concurred with the recommendations of the
20 Planning Commissi"on as hereinabove stated.
21 NOW, TNEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF 7HE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
22 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
23 Section 1. That the fo7lowing described property located on a parcel of
24 land 30.92 acres in size l,ying southerly of 53rd Street S.E. at the
25 intersection of Kersey Way, situate in the City of Auburn, County of King,
26 State of Washington, be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1 (Single
27 Family) to R-2 (Single Family) to-wit:

of the S ln of Lake Tapps access road as conveyed to King County, WA.
