6 THE CITY,,COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLCOWS:
7 Section 1. Auburn City Ordinance No. 3438 passed October 5, 1979,
8 relating to the creation of Local Improvement District No. 308 is upon the
9 effective date of this Ordinance repealed, _
10 Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
11 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the`directions of this
12 legislation. .
13 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and'-be in force.five (5) days
14 from and.after its passage, approval and publication, as provided.by law.
