WHEREAS, said requeSt.above referred to;.was.referred to the Planning..

WHEREAS; the Planning Commission held a puUlic fiearirig to consider said

request in the Council. Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, on June 8, 1982, at

~ 7:30 P.M., and subsequent.thereto, the City Planning Commission recommended
. 19 approval of the issuance.of a Conditional Use Permft on property zoned R-2
20 Single Family, finding thatathe proposed use illustrated by_the site develop-
21 , ment plans of the petitioners would not'be duly detrimental to the adjacent
22 and"surrounding properties and the enjoyment thereof;'and .
23 WHEREAS, the City Council rof the,City,of Auburn, held~a.public hearing
24 in the Council Chambers of-the Auburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on July 19,

, 25 , 1982, at which 'time the City Council concurred with the recommendations.of the
26 Pl-anning Commission as hereinabove stated. '
27 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL-OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO 28 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: .

Section 1. That a Conditional Use Permit bn property zoned R-2 Single

Family "be granted". for the purpose of a dental office, located at the inter-

section of "K" Street N.E. and Harvey Road, situate in the Cit,y of Auburn,

County of King, State of Washington, and legally described as follows, to-wit:

That por of Lots 12, 13 and 14 of Blk 16, C.D. Hillman's Auburndale

Section 2. That the site plan submitted with-the appTication be attached

to and become a part of the permit.

Section 3. That the use of the clinic be restricted to one (1) doctor or 15
dentist unless additional off-street parking is made availatile.

Section 4. That the.sign located at the South end of tfie property be

restricted to a low prof.ile ground sign indirectly lit and not more than 24
18 .
19 inches above grade.
Section 5. That consideration be given to any requirements of the Public

21 Works and Fire Departments.
22 Section 6, That the;Conditional Use Permit.be granted for a period of one
23 (1) year and in the event a building permit tias not been issued within the 24 one-year pe"riod, the property will revert back to R-2 Single Family.
25 Section.-9. That the Planning Director for the City of Auburn, Washington,
26 is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
27 with the Kinq County Nuditor.
28 Section :8., The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
29 tive` procedures,as,may:.be''riecessary to carry out the directions of this
30 legislation.
