g WHEREAS, petition dated-April 23, 1982, together with plot plans and ,
ry exter..ior.elevations therefor, has been submitted to the Counc'il of the City of
g Auburn, Washington; by MARVIN JONES, requesting a Conditional Use'Permit-on
g property zoned R-2 (single family), for campaign headquarters, located at.1317 "
10 "F".Street S.E., within the'City of Auburn, Washington, hereinafter described
11 in Section l of this Or.dinance, which property presently carries an R-2,
12 (single family) classification; and
; 13 WHEREAS, said request atiove referred to, was referred to the-'Planning
14 Commission by the Auburn City Council for study and.public hearing,thereon;

16 'WHEREAS, the Planning Cormnission held a public hearing to consider said
17 request.in.the Council Chambers of the Auburn City,Hall, on June 8, 1982,'at
18 7;38 P.M., and subsequent thereto, the City Planning•Commission recommended .
19 "ap~proval of-the is'suance of a Conditional Use Permi.t on property"zoned R-2.
20 ('single family), finding,that. the proposed use illustrated by the site deve- 21 lopment plans of the petitioners would not be duly detrimental'to the adjacent

1 Section 1. _That a Conditional Use Permit on property zoned R-2 (single
2 family) be granted for the purpose of campaign headquarters, located at 1317
3 "F" Street S.E., situate in the City of Auburn; County of King, State of
4 Washington, and legally described as follows, to-wit':
5 Lot 7, Blk 2; Mabley-Krenzler Addition as recorded in Plats, Vol. 49,
pg 20, Records of King County, WA. situated"in Section 19, Twp 21 N,'
6 R5 EWM City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.
7 in accordance with the plot plans and exterior elevations for said development
8
submitted with the request for a Conditional Use Permit on property zoned R-2
9
(single family), a copy of which is attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "A"
10 '
and by this reference made a part hereof as though set forth in full herein.

• Section 2. That the Conditional Use Permit will expire November 30, 1982.
12 Section 3. That,no large signs or banners be allowed in the yard or 'on
13 ' ' the dwelling other than those allowed by Section 18.62 of the Auburn Sign Code.

, Section 4. That the Planning Director.for the City of Auburn, Washington,
15 ,
16 is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
.
17 with the King County Auditor.
Section 5. The Mayor is hereby authorized to irtiplement such administra-
18
tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
19
legislation.

21 Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
22 from and after its`passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
