3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
RIVERPARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE
4 WITH THE CLERK OF 7HE CITY OF:AUBURN.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS fOLLOWS:
6 Section 1. That the Plat of Riverpark Addition consisting of 20 acres and
, 7 located approximately 450 feet to the east,of the 3100 block of "I" Street
8 N.E. to the City of Auburn, which plat is on file with the City Clerk of the
9 City of Auburn, and which plat is of tfie following described property; to-wit:

25 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authoriied to implement such administra-
26 tive procedures,as may be necessary to carry out the'directions of this
27 legislation. ,
